The owner Ewa Ming will be happy to advise you on accommodation and event options and also on travel and tour packages.
General information:
Infants up to 2 years free of charge. Prices are for the number of persons indicated. Additional persons are subject to payment.
Pets are not allowed.
Takeover of the rental object from 15.00 o’clock. Drop off until 10.00 o’clock. In the Villa 11.00 o’clock.
The Villa and the guest house are on self-catering basis. We will be very happy to organize drinks and a full fridge for a first breakfast upon advance reservation.

6/22 – 9/3 and 12/20 – 1/7/2024. All public holidays and long weekends as well as ski holidays.
Monthly discount 10% on rental price from 28 days.

to give you a price idea: conversion rate May 2023: 100 CHF = 465 PLN || 100 Euro = 450 PLN || 100 $ = 415 PLN. Payment is in PLN at the current exchange rate.

Basic price is calculated up to 6 Persons and 3 Rooms.
A unique paradise on 280 m2 embedded in the Serenity Park of 5500 m2 with two garden ponds, relaxation zones and BBQ area.
In low season you can rent only the ground floor:

Price flat rate for max. 5 persons occupancy. Use of the ground floor as described, plus full use of the garden, parking, WIFI. Additional persons 120 PLN per night.

Price lump sum for 6 persons. according to description and right of use, ground floor + upper floor and garden use, parking. Additional persons 180 PLN per night.

Conditions, Deposit & Terms
100% prepayment, payable at the time of booking.
The prices shown are for 1 day. If you rent the whole house, we will set the price individually, depending on the number of people/children, room and rental period. So bring the whole family or friends – maximum 20 people for the Villa and the Guest House. You will then enjoy the whole Serenity Garden exclusively.
The rental price includes: Electricity, water, bed linen, towels and heating costs, as well as the use of the fully equipped kitchen. The price does not include additional activities (meals, animations and workshops for children, massages, etc.), the prices of which depend on your needs and our possibilities. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
As much as we love the animals, we also respect the many years of loving work and the valuable objects and equipment of the house. In the same way we want to have a clean garden and protect our wildlife in the garden.
We strive to invite you to a comfortable, exclusive facility where you will feel at home. To ensure the high quality of the cottages, we collect normally a deposit of 800 PLN from our guests upon arrival, which will be returned immediately upon departure.
All damages will be charged in the ratio 1:1 of the purchase price. We thank you for your understanding.
